Craft BuildCore Structure
Craft Foundation-to-Completion
Craft BuildCore Structure
Craft Contracting delivers a structural framing package consisting of offsite-built wood wall panels, floor/roof cassettes, delivered to site and installed by our team. Floor and roof systems can be framed with 2x12s, I-joists, or trusses, and wall panels can include coordinated MEP rough openings to support faster, more predictable construction.
Craft DryCore Envelope
Craft Foundation-to-Completion
Craft BuildCore Structure
Craft DryCore Envelope Package builds on our structural framing system to deliver a weather-tight, secure building shell. The package includes exterior doors and windows, weather-resistive barrier, and roofing, minimizing site exposure and moisture risk. Once complete, the structure is ready for MEP trades to begin work the next day, with an optional thermal upgrade available to increase wall, floor, and roof R-values.

Craft Foundation-to-Completion
Craft Foundation-to-Completion means you prepare the site and permits, then Craft takes over building the project from the foundation through final completion. We can support the project early, starting at feasibility and preconstruction, using 3D modeling, coordination, and shop drawings to reduce risk, improve clarity, and deliver a more predictable construction process.
