 Beyond business success, our mission is to empower under served youth through offsite construction workforce development. We are committed to supporting local school CTE (Career and Technical Education) programs, apprenticeship preparation programs, and fostering job placement opportunities. By equipping the next generation with the skills they need, we are actively shaping a future where quality, efficiency, and sustainability in construction are the norms. 

  We are proud to serve as advisory members for the Federal Way Public Schools Pre-Apprenticeship Program and the Auburn School District Pre-Apprenticeship Program. Additionally, we are key partners in the Port of Seattle’s South King County Community Impact Fund (SKCIFF) grant, an initiative aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and economic development in underrepresented communities. Through this grant, we provide specialized skills training in green building practices to disadvantaged youth, equipping them with the knowledge and experience needed to excel in the evolving construction industry. 

  Our workforce development programs are designed to prepare students for real-world challenges in the Offsite Construction industry. We offer comprehensive instruction in pre-con, construction fundamentals, 3D building modeling, prefabrication, and onsite installation. Students are engaged in a hands-on design-build project that culminates in the construction of a maker space at a local Boys and Girls Club, providing a tangible and rewarding learning experience. 

  We are dedicated to providing students with work opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Through working interviews, internships, apprenticeships, and job placement assistance, we ensure that our participants have the tools and connections they need to launch successful careers. Our commitment to their development doesn’t end with training; we actively help them transition into the workforce, supporting them every step of the way.
