These designs are optimized to reduce design time, streamline permitting, and simplify coordination, allowing projects to move from approval to finished space much faster than traditional construction, with fewer unknowns and far less friction along the way.

Single-Family Homes include detached residences designed for primary living on a single lot. These homes are fabricated offsite and installed on your prepared site, with layouts suited for full-time occupancy and long-term residential use. Select designs may be pre-approved in specific jurisdictions and can be adapted to site conditions.

DADUs are detached secondary homes built on the same lot as a primary residence. These units include full living amenities and are commonly used for rental housing, multigenerational living, or guest accommodations. Our DADU designs are fabricated offsite and installed on your property, with select options pre-permitted for certain cities.

Flex Spaces are detached, non-residential structures designed for uses such as home offices, wellness rooms, studios, or craft spaces. These structures do not include a kitchen or bathroom and are intended for auxiliary use rather than dwelling. Designs are built completely offsite and installed on your property, with sizing and foundation options that vary by jurisdiction.
