These pre-permitted designs have already been approved for construction in select cities across Washington State. More cities are being added regularly, and we are actively working toward repeatable, statewide plans to help address the housing shortage as quickly as possible. The models shown here are examples of homes that have been approved in specific locations and can move forward faster than a fully custom design.

Once your site is permitted, Craft is ready to begin manufacturing and schedule installation right away. These homes are designed with common site conditions in mind. Typical assumptions include a flat or gently sloped lot, clear access for delivery and installation within about 100 feet of the street or driveway, existing sewer and water connections that are reachable near the back of the main home, and an existing 200-amp electrical panel on site.

Pricing shown is a starting estimate and generally covers the foundation and home only and does not include permits or site readiness. As the homeowner, you are responsible for obtaining lot-level approvals, which may include a survey, demolition, clearing, and utility coordination, etc. We help guide you through the process, so you understand what is required before construction begins.
